Dr. L. Nathan Gause is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, accomplished executive, and trailblazer in healthcare equity and leadership development. With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare innovation, and strategic leadership, Dr. Gause brings a unique blend of expertise to his coaching practice. As the current Vice Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) and Medical Director of Health Equity at University Health-KC, he has led transformative initiatives that improve clinical efficiency, patient outcomes, and diversity within healthcare.

Dr. Gause’s leadership journey has been shaped by his deep commitment to empowering others.
